Got back to exercise today with a light afternoon gym session and swimming in the evening.
Back to exercise today. It was still a light day, but an important one: a light run and weights in the gym in the afternoon, followed by swimming in the evening.
Coming back after a gap is rarely about intensity. It is more about rhythm. You want to remind the body what movement feels like again without overdoing it on day one.
That balance felt right today. Enough effort to feel like I had returned, but still light enough to respect the phase I am in.
