(DAY 1120) Day 4 Recovery, Two Walks, and Back to Routine

Today was day 4 after my hernia surgery, and it felt like a real return to rhythm.

The most noticeable shift today was energy. I did two walks — a 1 km stroll in the morning and a 1.5 km one in the evening. Both felt comfortable and unhurried, and covering 2.5 km in a day feels like a meaningful step up from yesterday.

On the food and hydration front, I had an Amul lassi along with plenty of fluids through the day. It is one of those simple things that felt genuinely satisfying, and keeping up with fluids has made a noticeable difference in how I feel overall.

The bigger surprise was getting back to interviewing. I spoke with around 20 developers today, which kept the mind engaged and made the day feel productive rather than just recuperative. There is something grounding about doing real work while recovering — it makes the day feel purposeful.

Physically, I am feeling noticeably stronger compared to the previous days. The body still needs care, but the trajectory is clearly positive. Day 4 has been the best so far.
