(DAY 1310) Silence Unknown Callers

Quick Context

In one line

Silencing unknown callers keeps a daily stream of unwanted calls from constantly interrupting my attention.

Learning Log Topic: Technology

I get around 20 calls a day. Thanks to “Silence Unknown Callers,” they do not constantly divide my attention.

It is a small setting that makes a real difference. I can check calls when I choose to, instead of having every unfamiliar number interrupt whatever I am doing.

With AI calls likely to increase, this kind of control over our attention may become even more useful.
