Running has become a significant part of my routine since late 2023, and I find running on treadmill with breaks easier than running outdoors. I find myself quite immersed in music.

To track my progress and maintain motivation, I try to record my exercise statistics (including running) in a Google Sheet. This allows me to monitor my performance and set new goals, ensuring that I continue to derive maximum benefits from this fulfilling exercise.
