One thing I keep learning again and again: you should not tolerate bullshit.
Not every argument deserves your energy, not every situation deserves your presence, and not every person deserves unlimited access to your time.
At some point, you have to draw a line. And once that line is crossed, walk away. No drama, no over-explaining — just clarity.
Being firm is important. People test limits, circumstances test patience, and noise shows up everywhere. If your boundaries are soft, everything starts leaking: focus, peace, and momentum.
Staying focused in the middle of noise is a skill. The world is full of distractions, opinions, and unnecessary friction. The stronger move is to stay centered on what matters, protect your standards, and keep moving.
Not tolerating bullshit is not about ego. It is about self-respect, discipline, and choosing where your life energy goes.
