Daily Note

(DAY 1314) Circumstance Is Not an Excuse

Quick Context

In one line

Circumstances are a given; the process of working through them is what can make life enjoyable.

Daily Note

Circumstance is not an excuse. It is a given.

There is not much point in trying to change the fact of where we find ourselves, or in feeling sorry for ourselves because of it. We can accept the circumstances and focus on what we do next.

It is the process that makes it so enjoyable. The effort, the small decisions, and the experience of working through things are part of what gives the journey its meaning.
