Quick commerce in India is remarkably convenient, though the product and the resolution can still be a gamble.
Ordering through quick commerce can be a hit and miss. Sometimes the product or its quality is not quite what you expected, and sorting it out can be frustrating.
The resolution is still better than what we might get elsewhere, but it can feel like the experience has slipped from what it used to be.
And yet, we are pretty spoilt by how good quick commerce in India can be. Getting everyday things delivered so quickly is amazing. Perhaps that is why even a small miss stands out so much.
