(DAY 1121) Follow-Up With Doctor and A Clear Road to Recovery

Quick Context

In one line

A positive follow-up after hernia surgery: medicines stopped, normal food and routine resumed, travel allowed, office approved, and recovery looking firmly on track.

Daily Note

Today felt like an important milestone in my recovery journey after hernia surgery.

I had my follow-up with the doctor today, and the update was genuinely encouraging. He has stopped all my medicines now, which feels like a big sign that recovery is progressing well.

I have also been cleared for all movements except lifting heavy weights. Travel is allowed too, which makes things feel a lot more normal again.

The doctor asked me to shift back to normal food, return to a normal routine, and start going back to the office. Hearing that brought a lot of clarity and confidence. It feels good to move from careful recovery mode toward regular life again.

More than anything, I feel grateful. The last few days have been a reminder that healing takes patience, but it is a blessing to see the body respond well and steadily. I am thankful that recovery has been smooth so far, and I am looking forward to being fully back on time and with care.
