Consistent hair dresser

I stick with my hairdressers. I get my hair cut by Rajesh at Style & Scissors Jaipur and Kuldeep at Looks Salon Gurgaon. They are good hairdressers. My hesitation about getting a haircut from them is more about me than them.

Hair cut small talk

I got my hair cut by Rajesh in Jaipur, probably after six months. We usually make small talk like friends, though he must be 15 years older than me. I asked him how have you been? He said things were better. He looked tired and visibly weaker, with muscle loss and a prominent paunch.

I asked him what happened? He told me that his wife was diagnosed with cancer in November 2022. She was receiving treatment at SMS Hospital and responding well. He also said, Bhaiya, jab family ka koi member aise beemar hota hai toh poori family beemar ho jati hai. It is true, and it hit hard. Only those going through that pain can understand it.

Our lives and time are finite. It is important to cherish and enjoy life with the people we love. May the Almighty be kind to everyone. So is life.
